Mega Easy Chicken Pot Pie


This is one of my husband's all time favorite recipes. It's not pretty to look at, but it sure is yummy to eat.

Mega Easy Chicken Pot Pie
1-2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables (drained)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
1 stick/cube butter (melted)

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and cook. You can also use a can or two of canned chicken. Place cooked chicken on bottom of 9X13 pan. Pour in vegetables and cream of chicken soup. Mix together. Mix together flour, milk, and butter in a separate bowl. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is light golden brown.
