I found this "make it yourself" quiet book a few months back at Wal-mart. My son loves to eat books, so fabric is the way to got at this point. He also love the books that "crinkle." I didn't want all the pages to crinkle, so only the middle page does. All I did was add some cellophane (the kind used to wrap gift baskets) between the fabric and batting. I hope he likes it...I made it after he went to bed. I guess we'll find out at church tomorrow.
I washed it today and the cellophane didn't hold up too well. I came away from the edges on one side...next time I'll had wash instead of using the machine. Lesson learned.
